At Warm Hug & A Blanket, we take pride in handcrafting self-care and home products with care and attention to quality. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once a product has been opened, used, or delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within two business days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the issue.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
